Halver – File Sharing App ("Halver") is a file transfer application provided by DeadMad Technologies. Halver respects and protects users’ personal privacy. Please put more emphasis on the bolded terms in this policy, which have a significant relationship with your rights and interests (possibly). Before using or continuing to use our products and services, please read carefully and fully understand this policy.

1) Storage permission: when you use send or receive feature, we need permission to access your local media to select the file you want to send or to store the file you receive. If you want to delete the historical data, we need the storage permission of the local files to comply with your request; This permission is only for the features mentioned above. We will not obtain any data from your device, nor will we automatically modify or delete the content in your local media storage.


2) Location permission: If you want the other device to connect to your phone’s hotspot, we may need location permission to turn on your personal hotspot. When you scan the Wi-Fi for searching the phone or other device which connect the same one, we need location permission; This permission is only for the features mentioned above.


3) Camera permission: If you want to connect with other device by scanning QR code, we may need to get camera access to your device. This permission is only used for scanning QR code. We will not obtain any data from your device, nor will we modify or automatically delete the content in your local media storage.
